In his political career, Kuldeep Gurjar has educated the masses about the principles that is the core of the Congress party through many religious and social work at the local level. He also has helped strengthen the standing of the party with the masses.
Being a part of the Congress party for the past three generations Kuldeep Gujar's parents and grandparents also have contributed to the strengthening of the party's grassroots level. As a participant in the Congress party, Kuldeep Gurjar has always been the voice of the people of the area to speak out against the injustice caused to his BJP government. In addition, he has actively backed the farmers and has strongly criticised his BJP party of adopting double standard of policies.
Since the last couple of decades, Kuldeep Gurjar is actively encouraging youngsters to take part in sports , and has also organized numerous sporting events too. In April, 2019, when he addressed the teams that participated in the Kabaddi tournament that was held in Narsinghpura village in Haryana state stated, “Do not connect the athletes with religion or politics. They are part of us and represent the future of this nation.”
In his praise of the young and players from Haryana He said “Today the Haryana players Haryana have helped make the name of Haryana as well as the nation shine throughout the globe. Anywhere the player delegation of the country travels to, the Haryana players Haryana make their impression. The people of the state are extremely proud of the success of these players.” At the time of the event the player said “Game must be played without being concerned about the outcome, whether it is winning or losing.
Keep it in an attitude of positivity so that those who are there to observe the game are satisfied.” He also said “A winner or a loser doesn't matter on the field. The only factor that is important in his character and how he behaves towards the game and the opponent. It's the attitude of positivity that will propel an athlete forward in his career, not the sense of resentment against the opposing team. All games should be played with a sense of sportsmanship and that's what counts as winning”
While felicitating the winning team and encouraging the team that lost, Kuldeep Gurjar said, “The losing players should not hold grudges against the winning team and instead try to correct the shortcomings of their game.”
Youth Congress State Secretary, Kuldeep Gurjar has arranged a variety of sports events in the past few years to increase morale and inspire the athletes in his state. In 2015, a national Kabaddi tournament was arranged by Kuldeep Gurjar. Teams from 10 states competed. He also organized an International Kabaddi Competition in the year 2016 in which players representing India and Pakistan were part of the competition.
In addition, Kuldeep Gurjar has been showing his loyalty and service towards the political party and the public at large by undertaking various other religious and social tasks.
