To be honest, April for me was awesome! It was hectic yet productive. I was busy with #ManasSpringFestival, Bihu but still managed to write 26 fresh articles for my blog. How? Let’s have a look!

I took the A-Z blogging challenge little impulsively. I was torn between my consultancy services, family and offline works to promote Assam as a tourist destination. If you are new to my blog, I run a blog www.foodieontheroad.com) exclusively on food and travel in Assam. (You can also like it on Facebook). I was not able to write consistently on my blog and hence my traffic was little depleting and my heart was bleeding for it.

For me, my blogs are not just source of income. They are my passion. And when I couldn’t work on them, I feel depressed. So, on a whim, I decided that I will finish the A-Z blogging challenge. And I did it. Through sleepless nights, by sheer will, I was able to write and complete the challenge on time.

The challenge gave me the opportunity to write some topics which were otherwise not in my mind to share with my readers. For example, I wrote about my favourite blogs, podcasts, YouTube channels, and vlogs in this series. I shared my emotions as a blogger. I shared my secrets as a blogger. I shared my success with people.

But what warmed my heart is that people responded. People opened up their hearts when I shared my frustrations about the industry. People loved my tips and trust me when someone messaged me on Facebook that they were implementing my tips, it was worth all the pain and exhaustion I felt while writing that blog post.

I also get to know which topics are liked by my audience and now I can concentrate on those areas more. Here are the top 10 blog posts which are doing really well as of now.

As you know that I write blog topics as a series, there is now time to announce the next series on MRMW. Can you guess it?

Yes? No?

All right! Let me tell you!

I will be writing about Pinterest and how you can use it to grow your blog’s traffic and turn it into a business. If you have any questions regarding it, please post it in my comment section. You can also email me at contact@mywritingmyworld,com.

Until next, keep blogging!
