Pilgrims must do Tawaf inside the Masjid-al-Haram in the Saudi Arabian city of Makkah. When doing Tawaf, people should remember that it should be done outside of the Holy Kaabah's walls, and that includes Hateem.

The place where Tawaf is done is called the “Mataf” area. Due to the large number of people who come to perform Umrah throughout the year via Cheap Umrah Packages 2023 this year, the Mataf area has grown in recent years. Now, the Mataf is split into three sections so that pilgrims can do Tawaf.

 1. Ground Level.

The ground level is the busiest. No matter what time of year you go, you'll see a sea of pilgrims doing tawaf there. But if you are able to do tawaf on the floor, it is best to start the first circuit as far away from the Holy Kaaba as possible and then move slowly toward it. So that, when you finish Tawaf circuits 2 through 6, you are close to the Kaaba. On the last Tawaf circuit, you slowly move away from the inner circle.

 2. Middle Level.

For Tawaf performances, the middle level is much less crowded than the ground floor but more crowded than the roof level. In the middle level, there are also construction pillars that you have to get around.

 3. Roof Level.

The space on the roof is pretty big, and there aren't as many people there. So, if you don't have enough room on the ground or middle level, the best place for Tawaf Performance is on the roof level. This is also true for families, children, the elderly, and people with special needs.
