Looking for a comprehensive REC First Aid Course that equips you with the skills and knowledge necessary to handle emergency situations in the great outdoors? Your search ends here! At Emergency First Aid, we take pride in being your trusted provider for Rescue Emergency Care (REC) levels 1, 2, and 3 training.
Our REC First Aid Course is not just any ordinary training; it is endorsed and accepted by various outdoor sporting organizations, including Mountaineering Ireland, Canoe Ireland, Mountain Biking, and Scouting Ireland. Whether you're an adventure enthusiast, a professional in outdoor activities, or simply someone who loves to explore the wilderness, this course is tailor-made for you.
In most everyday first aid situations, you'll find yourself in an urban setting with a short ambulance response time. However, when you're in the remote outdoors or on the side of a mountain, adverse weather conditions may lead to a longer wait for assistance. That's where our course truly shines. We go above and beyond the basics to teach you how to keep a patient warm and provide long-term care in challenging weather conditions. You'll gain essential skills and the confidence to stabilize the situation until professional help arrives – skills that aren't typically covered in basic first aid training.
