In Islam, the importance of neatness and purity is such that Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) described it as ‘half of one’s faith’. So, for a believer, half of faith is in the purity of one’s soul and the other half of it is in keeping the body physically clean and pure while adorning it with the neatness of good manners. For the pilgrims of Hajj and Umrah arriving in Saudia Arabia with hajj tour 2022, it’s necessary to be very careful of personal and oral hygiene.
Here are some of the general guidelines for maintaining good hygiene during your stay in Saudia Arabia.

First thing in the morning.
When you wake up in the morning, the very first thing to do is;
•Washing your hands and face.
•Brushing your teeth.
•Relieve yourself with urine or stool.
And then eat your breakfast.

Eat your food with your right hand.
Always wash your hands before eating anything. Use your right hand for eating or drinking anything because the left hand is used to clean the body’s dirt. In addition, it’s also a sunnah of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) to use the right hand for eating.

Bathe daily.
It’s advised for a person to bathe daily especially if you live in a hot climatic region to keep the sweat and smell off from your body. Otherwise, bathe as per the need because it helps in keeping you fresh.
Perform Ghusl when necessary because if you don’t do so, you’ll be unable to offer your prayers or do any sort of act of worship.

Offer Daily Salah.
Offering Daily Salah is an obligation for every Muslim as the second pillar of Islam.
Praying five times a day has a lot of benefits as well and one of which is cleanliness through wudhu. Hence, you are washing your face, hands, feet, etc. five times a day; what else level of hygiene one might wish to have than this?

Oral hygiene is also important.
While taking care of peroneal hygiene, oral hygiene is also as much significant. Therefore, it advised to;
•Brush your teeth twice a day.
•Rinse your mouth with water after every meal.
•Use mouthwash for bad breath or as per the need.
•Do Miswak.
•Keep your teeth neat and clean by regular dentist visits.

Covering your mouth.
Whenever you cough or sneeze, covering your mouth is important to control the spread of germs. So, make sure that you use a tissue for it and then dispose of it. Additionally, it's good manners to cough or sneeze by going to a different place when you are present in a group.
These are some of the things you can consider for maintaining good hygiene during your stay in Saudia Arabia.
