Every participant has to earn 40 credits from an accredited faculty college or university. This is different from most educational institutions in India or other parts of the world. In addition, the student has to meet specific criteria and show evidence of having studied a certain number of courses within an academic period, usually one year.
The final program is equivalent to a doctoral-level degree from a top business school. It consists of 10 courses which will take about 18 months for completion on average. The entire program cost and estimated time last for 18 months. The total number of studies in this program is 10, which include four core courses (HRD Skills; Knowledge Management; Research Methodology; Strategic Decision Making) and six elective courses (Enterprise Resource Planning, Financial Markets & Institutions, Information Technology Infrastructure Library, International Business, Marketing Strategy, Operations Management).
