Mannatech won the Making a Difference Award at a virtual ceremony conducted as part of the DSA Canada Industry Awards 2020 for its Nourishing Hope campaign. The award is given in recognition of its humanitarian efforts to bring in a positive change in the lives of Canadians.

To find the winner of this award, DSA assesses the program’s engagement with the community, the company’s vision, motivation, and involvement depending on the company size. Mannatech won the honors for making a profound difference in the lives of Canadians with its charity programs and community service efforts.

Through their Nourishing Hope philanthropic initiative, Mannatech raised $70,000 to reduce food insecurity during the COVID-19 outbreak. The generated funds were used to supply 3,20,000 meals to various local food banks including 7000 in the Alberta province. 

Sarah Brown, the head of the philanthropic wing of Mannatech, said,  “It is an honor to be recognized this year and to celebrate the good deeds we’ve been able to do in an unconventional year. Thank you to Mannatech and our wonderful Associates who made this possible!”
