A.I Version Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1 packet of Mee Siam noodles
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 cup of bean sprouts
– 1 cup of sliced chicken breast
– 2 tablespoons of Mee Siam seasoning
– 1 teaspoon of dried chili flakes
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Water for boiling noodles
Instructions:
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the packet of Mee Siam noodles. Cook according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a separate pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan and cook until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Next, add the sliced red bell pepper and bean sprouts to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
6. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Mee Siam seasoning and 1 teaspoon of dried chili flakes over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Stir to combine and let it cook for another minute.
7. Add the cooked Mee Siam noodles to the pan and toss with the chicken and vegetables.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Mee Siam! You can also top it with some chopped green onions or cilantro for added flavor and garnish.
