I think I am a shopaholic. I never wanted to label myself as such but a recent intervention by my sister has made me acknowledge so. I thought I did not shop more than the average person but my sister made me compare our monthly shopping expenditure for me to realize otherwise. Now I understand that I am special; I shop more than the average person and I love it! There is a great shopping mall nearby – Pacific Mall, NSP Pitampura. It was launched recently and has been my go-to shopping destination ever since it became operational. The shopping mall is filled with the best domestic and global fashion brands like Van Heusen, Puma, Crocs, Marks and Spencer, Rare Rabbit, Gant, and Tommy Hilfiger amongst others. With the launch of Pacific Mall, NSP Pitampura, I have been given the benefit of having a great Van Heusen showroom near me.
I am a loyal customer of Van Heusen brand. My wardrobe is filled with Van Heusen clothes and accessories. Of course, my sister thinks that having a Van Heusen showroom so near to us is making me shop more but to be honest, I stopped listening to her the moment she stated that my shopping habits were problematic in nature. I love having a great Van Heusen showroom near me! I can just visit the store and the mall whenever I desire. If I am having a bad day, I can just visit the mall. If I am having a great day, I can visit the mall. Even if I am having an okay-okay day, I can visit the mall and make the day good. It is just great!
Before Pacific Mall, NSP Pitampura launched, I used to go to Pacific Mall and Tagore Garden for my shopping trips. That mall housed one of the best Puma sports showrooms in Delhi. I would buy all my sportswear from the Puma store there. After the launch of Pacific Mall, NSP Pitampura, I started going to this mall for my sportswear shopping needs as it also houses one of the best Puma sports showrooms in Delhi. Of course, I prefer to visit the shopping mall that's nearer to me and since both the Puma stores are equally good and offer the best fashion and sportswear collections at their stores, I have no qualms about visiting the Puma store in Pacific Mall, NSP Pitampura. Instead, I actively prefer it. Now, whether I need to buy new sportswear for my gym sessions or casual wear for my everyday style, I visit Pacific Mall, NSP Pitampura as the shopping mall houses both Puma and Van Heusen stores on its premises.
I have shopped so much from both these brands and others that my room is filled with paper bags of a number of different brands. Earlier, my maid would throw away the shopping bags daily but now my sister has asked her to leave the bags as it is so she can show me the amount of shopping I indulge in. But the joke is on her, seeing the shopping bags turn into a pile does not make me feel fear, guilt, or embarrassment, instead, I feel like I have accomplished something. Also, since I am earning my own money and am spending it on myself, I do not understand why my sister has an issue with my shopping. I am considering taking her along with me on my next shopping trip to soften her up. I might buy her a
dress or two to add some happiness and peace to her life. I might also buy her a pair of good sports shoes from one of the best Puma sports showrooms in Delhi!
Having a Van Heusen showroom near me is great. I have already become friendly with the store’s staff and manager. I even have their personal numbers saved on my cell phone. I am planning to call the store to enquire about a particular dress I saw my sister eyeing on her phone. I hope they have it. If they do, it would be a perfect purchase for my sister. I am sure she would be delighted to see such a grand gesture towards her from me. If this gesture of mine softens her up, I might be able to continue my shopping sprees without her annoying interference. Or I might need to remind her that she seems to have an unhealthy obsession with collecting limited edition designer handbags and I have not spoken a word against it. Yet.
