Nissan Livina is one of the many Low MPVs that compete for the hearts of Indonesian consumers. This car, which has capital of 1,500 cc engine, is sold in five variants, the cheapest price of Rp. 208,300,000 on the road in Jakarta.

The harga Nissan Livina in Indonesia

Speaking of its history, Livina actually had a very long time existed with the first generation until finally in 2019 the second generation appeared. The second generation Livina sold until now is the result of sharing platforms with Mitsubishi Xpander.

Starting from the chassis to the engine is no different from the Mitsubishi LMPV. In the second generation, which was very young, they had never found a mild refresher.

The engine carried by Livina itself has a net capacity of 1,499 cc and adheres to the front drive alias front wheel drive (FWD). The power can reach reaches 102 hp with torque touching 141 Nm.

To find out more about this second generation Nissan LMPV, consider the following discussion.

Exterior

At a glance, the Nissan All New Livina is indeed very similar to Xpander. Especially when viewed at a glance from the side, the design is almost indistinguishable.

You will find out the difference between the front and back. At the front of Nissan pinned brand identity with the use of the V Motion grill design. On the back is also different from Xpander, even cooler. This is thanks to the semacem skid plate ornament on the bottom bumper.

For the lighting system, Livina is also able to strengthen the view of the driver very well even though the headlights are still using halogen. Almost all variants of Livina have also gotten fog lights. But for the automatic mirror folding function, only Livina's VE and VL variant.

The top two variants also use tires with a slightly larger circumference, which is 16 inches. Other variants use 15-inch diameter tires.

Interior

The cabin is also similar to the twin, Xpander. But in Livina, where dark colors dominate, nuances tend to emanate movement in the car.

You will also get leather as an interior wrap if you buy a VL/AT variant Livina. What about variants other than that? The interior wrapping still uses fabric material.

To adjust the driving position according to the posture of each driver, Livina steering seems comfortable with tilt and telescopic settings. There is also a Driver Seat Height Adjuster but again only for Livina VL AT variants.

Safety feature

The interesting thing highlighted in this second generation Livina besides the result of sharing platforms with Xpander is its safety feature. As an LMPV car, actually its safety support must be given a thumbs up.

For two airbags for the front passenger it is normal. Pretensioner and Force Limiter on the seat belt are also quite common. What makes Livina need to be appreciated is the presence of Vehicle Dynamic Control, Traction Control System and Hill Start Assist features. It's quite rare that LMPV has these safety features.

Even Nissan also provides a Parking Sensor complete with Rear View Camera. However, these features can only be obtained if you choose Livina VL AT as the most expensive variant.

As a safety and security feature that for all variants have, Nissan provides immobilizer and Auto Hazard Light on Emergency Braking and brakes with ABS plus EBD.

Conclusion

To say that Livina is a pure Mitsubishi Xpander twin is a big mistake. In the second generation, Livina seems to have continued her LMPV image, which is often more luxurious among her competitors.

Especially in matters of safety, this car cannot be underestimated thanks to various safety features with the latest technology. But indeed, to find that level of safety you must choose the most expensive variant Livina.
