Netflix has been our go-to platform during this pandemic because of its brilliant shows and movies. It enables you to search for unlimited streaming content that you can watch based on the language, genre, and much more.

Unfortunately, the most popular online streaming platform Netflix has brought down the option of free trial for its potential customers in the US. Though the offer has been removed from many other countries, it has now been released for the US residents. However, Netflix is working on different strategies to attract potential customers and bring them to the platform. The new strategies include the introduction of educational content and other forms of content sampling.

According to a Netflix Spokesperson, the company is looking forward to expanding its marketing promotions to engage more people. Not only content sampling is being done, but the platform released an additional portal that’ll enable you to watch a number of episodes from its top series. Luckily, it is free of cost.

We know that you’re eager to learn more about the shows and movies available on its free site. Though naming all is quite challenging, some are Murder Mystery, Bird Box, and The Two popes that starred Anthony Hopkins and Jonathan Pryce. On the other hand, the pilot episodes include the Stranger Things,  Love is Blind, Elite, and When They See Us.

It is not surprising to assume that Netflix is working on a strong strategy. It withdrew its free trial offer when all other platforms are offering trials to attract the potential audience. For instance, Apple increased the free period for Apple TV Plus subscribers by three months.

Apart from Netflix, many of you must be unaware of the withdrawal of Walt Disney’s one-week free trial for Disney+. The action was taken in July, and the offer was suspended in the US.

Unfortunately, if you’re new to Netflix and have signed up recently, you’ll no longer have access to the free content. However, the good thing is that the platform will still not make you sign up for any contracts, cancellation fees, and no further commitments.

Talking about Netflix’s popularity, it has gained a high reputation in the market. Thus, the platform is likely to maintain its standard and users even though it doesn’t offer a free trial.
