Changes on NSW State Nomination for FY 2023-24

As part of the NSW State Nomination Updates, let’s see the changes that apply to the program for the financial year 2023-24. To be eligible for the NSW state nomination, you must:

  • Meet all of the Department of Home Affairs visa criteria;
  • Hold a valid Skills Assessment for an occupation in a NSW priority sector;
  • Must be a resident of NSW and have lived there continuously for at least six months, or currently residing overseas and have lived there continuously for at least six months.
