It takes an Elite Charge TM to change the Frustration move, but players can do it by normal Charge TM during the event. Players should take advantage of this limited-time feature and change the Frustration move of their Shadow Pokemon. The Shadow Pokemon deals 20% extra damage than Normal and Purified Pokemon.
