A, LED strip installation precautions
1, the power supply connection method: LED strip lights are generally DC 12V voltage, so you need to use a switching power supply,
the size of the power supply according to the power of the LED strip lights and connection length to determine.
If you do not want to use a power supply to control each LED strip, you can buy a relatively large power switching power supply to do the total power supply,
and then all the LED strip input power all in parallel (wire size is not enough to extend), unified by the total switching power supply.
The advantage of this is to centralize control, the inconvenience is not to achieve the effect of individual LED strip lighting and switch control,
which can be measured in their own specific way.
2, each meter has a “scissors” mark, can only be cut in the mark, cut the wrong or cut off will lead to a meter not light!
It is best to look carefully at the location of the mark before, according to the middle of the place not connected to cut off.
3, pay attention to the LED strip connection distance: in general, the 3528 series of LED strips,the longest connection distance of 20 meters, 5050 series of LED strip, the longest connection distance of 15 meters.
If beyond this connection distance, the LED strip is easy to heat up, the use of the process will affect the service life of the LED strip.
Therefore, the installation must be installed in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer, do not let the LED strip overload operation.
4, each strip must be equipped with a special plug (a plug with a transformer), when connected must be removed from the transparent plastic cover,
connected to the test light, and then cover. Do not connect directly with the cover, so easy to short circuit!
5, outdoor installation: outdoor installation will be subject to wind and rain， if the 3M adhesive fixed words,
time will cause 3M adhesive to reduce the adhesion of the LED strip off, so the outdoor installation is often used slot fixed way,
the need to cut and connect the place, the same method and indoor installation, just need to be equipped with an additional waterproof adhesive
to consolidate the waterproof effect of the connection point.
6, indoor installation: LED strip for indoor decoration, because it does not have to withstand the wind and rain, so the installation is very simple.
To ordinary LED strip, for example, each LED strip has a self-adhesive 3M double-sided tape on the back, you can directly tear off the 3M double-sided tape surface stickers,

7, the controller connection: LED running strip and RGB full-color strip need to use the controller to achieve the changing effect, and each controller control distance is different,
in general, the simple controller control distance of 10 to 15 meters, the remote controller control distance of 15 to 20 meters, the longest can be controlled to 30 meters distance.
If the LED strip is connected to a long-distance, and the controller can not control that long strip, then you need to use a power amplifier to tap.
8, the light strip installation, generally placed in the light slot, swings straight on it, you can also use a thin rope or thin wire fixed.
For external or vertical installation, you need to configure another “card” and “tail plug”.

Because led is electrostatic-sensitive components if, in the maintenance of led strip without good anti-static measures, it will burn led,

2, continuous high temperature
The two important components of the led strip led and FPC, are not sustainable high-temperature products.
FPC if the sustained high temperature or more than its withstand temperature, it will make the FPC cover film blistering, directly causing the led strip scrapped.
At the same time, led can not be sustained high-temperature resistance, in the high temperature for a long time,
its chip will be burned by high temperature. Therefore, the maintenance of led strip soldering iron used must be used to control the temperature of the iron,
the temperature is limited to a range, prohibit casual changes and settings.

3, short circuit
