I was thoroughly impressed with the treatment my uncle received at RGCH. The doctors and staff were all friendly and warm-hearted. We were given a tour of the medical facility and I must say it was all very nice and clean. The doctors clearly explained the whole treatment plan. I was grateful to the doctors and the staff for taking good care of my uncle and allowing me to stay with my uncle at all times. Even though it was a time of grief, I felt that the hospital staff did their job very well and we were able to take his mind off what he was going through. We were able to get through the situation with a positive attitude and belief that we will pull through.
The oncologists and the entire team of specialists were extremely experienced. They patiently listened to all the concerns that we had. They were great at explaining procedures and what to expect and always made sure that my uncle was comfortable and relaxed. The facilities were good and the equipment and staff were excellent.
