 Refeed meal is a planned and controlled way of increasing calories whereas a cheat meal is an unplanned and uncontrolled way of increasing calories in an individual diet.

 Why do we take refeed meals?

 

We consume refeed meals during our dieting phase to boost our metabolism which gets very low during the cutting phase.
