At least 14 days before the scheduled departure time of the purchased flight;
Between 14 and 7 days before the scheduled departure time and the alternative flight offered departs no more than 2 hours before and arrives less than 4 hours after the original flight time;
If the flight is canceled and you are not informed, except in the cases indicated above, you will be entitled:
