Retaining a future-fit workforce and shaking up hiring practices

I’m excited to partner with Momentum Media on their ifa Future Forum event in November. I’ll be giving practical advice on how independent financial advisors can build and retain a future-fit workforce.

In preparation for this event, I was interviewed for an article on how to shake up hiring practices.

Rereading it today it struck me that this advice carries over to all small businesses and some large.
