Roku Telephone number +1844:_539+=-983`1

small part for a ROKU Precision 7920 tower workstation. I accidentally damaged the ROKU myself when changing the motherboard. So I thought I would order a new ROKU, despite the old one is working. I had the part number of the ROKU 0X3PR, as it is printed on the ROKU, so I just wanted to order it. I had to phone an 0844 number which is chargeable, and was quoted £27.95 (GBP) for the ROKU, so I ordered it. I then received an email confirming the order. The order was made up from £10.81 for the ROKU £12.48 Single Incident Support for Minor Misc Component (parts only) £4.66 tax (VAT is 20% in the UK). Now I appreciate that £12.48 is not a great sum of money, but I fail to see what “support” I received, when I just phoned up and told ROKU the part number of the ROKU I wanted. (The machine is actually under warranty, but there's damage to the motherboard which ROKU say is not covered. I'd given up arguing with ROKU over that, so just bought a motheboard from eBay and fitted it myself.
