Southwest airlines cancellation and refund policy

We have to cancel our travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances. And we're in a bind, and we're concerned about your return. Southwest Airlines, on the other hand, provides you with a cancellation policy.

These are the basic steps for canceling your Southwest Airlines flight. Follow along at your leisure:

You must use the URL https://www.southwest.com/ to access Southwest Airlines' official website for flight cancellation.
When you go to that page, click on the travels option, located in the top left corner of Southwest Airlines' main page.
Your booking ID and last name will be requested there. Fill in these details carefully, then click the “Continue” button.
After clicking the continue tab, you'll see a web page containing your booked flight information.
In the upper right corner, select the change/cancel flight option.
Continue to follow the directions that appear on the screen.
You will receive a confirmation on your phone number or email address.
You will be allowed to apply for a refund if your ticket is qualified.
Suppose you cancel within 24 hours after reserving a non-refundable reservation. In that case, you can receive a refund in the same mode as the original payment or convert the airfare into travel funds.
