In this course, we cover therapy to heal the attachment, and ongoing therapy to go to the cause, and prevent future attachment.  Spirit release therapy training uses a few teaching styles.

We have an opening talk where we discuss why you're here and what we'll be doing together. Then we break into groups of 2-3 people and discuss the four types of attachment (loving, fearful, distant, and dismissive) in detail. We go over examples of each type of attachment and how to recognize them in yourself or others.

Then we do a personal reflection exercise where each person talks about their own experiences with attachment in their life or relationships. This can be done individually or in groups of 3-4 people. You'll get one hour for this activity.

Finally, we do exercises that help you practice developing healthy relationships in your daily life—like how to ask for what you want without being pushy or needy; how not to let other people's bad behavior affect how you treat them; how to communicate clearly and respectfully with friends who are different from yourself; etc
