Winter in Himachal is undoubtedly beautiful but when we talk about the Spiti group tour, it is something else.

The snow-capped mountains, frozen lakes & rivers and sky watching million stars, the winters in Spiti will unquestionably leave you lost for words.

Often being compared to Ladakh, Spiti, the winter wonderland is considered as an experience you are ever likely to have.

Riding through the narrow roads while the whole valley is white-out may seem like a dream to many but touring in winters has its own share of difficulties.

The route will not be ideal to rely on public transport owing to its extreme weather conditions and the only best way to explore winter Spiti will always be through guided spiti valley packages.

With temperature dropping to minus 15 degrees and even low, Spiti would make a perfect snow destination for someone who loves cold weather as well as the one who doesn’t. The challenge of surviving in Winter spiti brings a feeling of achievement in the travellers and leaves one coming back to this paradise again and again.

With that being said, Spiti has also lesser number of tourist during this time of the year which makes it an ideal season to enjoy the serenity without being bothered by too many crowds.

In terms of travel budget Spiti remains a dream destination for many of us after Ladakh. With basic food and accommodation in the valley, this instinctively makes a better choice for backpackers.

As the valley is situated in the Trans Himalayan Mountains, winter is the best time to catch a glimpse of snow leopards if your luck persists.

The night sky in the Spiti tour package is filled with uncounted stars. Due to its of 10,000-15000 sea level, stargazing is one of the many things that one should visit Spiti for.

Aren't these reasons along with a Spiti Valley group tour enough to escape in this wilderness of snow?
