While you might think Miami and its economy depends on the tourist industry, it’s more diverse than that.

There’s a strong import/export sector that operates across the region for a start. Finance, media and communications, and agriculture are also well represented. Green jobs and the tech sector are on the increase with opportunities at all levels.

The average salary of around $64K in Tampa and the cost of living is some 14% higher than the national average.

Miami is a bustling, diverse city that has plenty to offer. With a high standard of living and a good average wage, there are multiple options when it comes to working and where you decide to set up home.
