Spinach lasagna recipe made with new spinach and a great deal of cheddar — ricotta, Romano, and mozzarella. This muddled, liberal lasagna can in like manner be made without the spinach.

Ingredients

  • 15 lasagna noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cut new mushrooms
  • 1 cup cut onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups new spinach
  • 3 cups ricotta cheddar
  • ⅔ cup ground Romano cheddar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • ½ teaspoon ground dull pepper
  • 3 cups annihilated mozzarella cheddar
  • 3 cups tomato pasta sauce
  • 1 cup ground Parmesan cheddar

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Heat a gigantic pot of gently salted water with the eventual result of bubbling. Add lasagna noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until still to some degree firm; channel.
  • Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-focused energy. Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic and cook until onions are sensitive; channel excess liquid and cool.
  • All the while, heat a little pot of water with the eventual result of bubbling; add spinach and stew for 5 minutes. Channel and cool imperceptibly; press out any overflow liquid and finely cut.
  • Combine ricotta cheddar, Romano cheddar, egg, salt, oregano, basil, and pepper in a bowl. Add cooled mushroom mix and spinach; beat with an electric blender on low speed for 1 second.
  • Lay 5 lasagna noodles in the lower a piece of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta-spinach blend over noodles, then, at that point, sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheddar and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheddar. Spread 1 cup pasta sauce over-top. Reiterate layers two extra times, then, cover with aluminum foil.
  • Get ready in the preheated grill for an hour. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
