The Event Management of a Fund Raiser

I and my friends had started a small scale event management business in San Francisco CA. San Francisco was becoming a hub for major parties due to the new investments flowing in and we already had some experience in arranging small scale parties and evens for people so we saw it as a good opportunity for ourselves. After working really hard on our marketing strategy and visiting different people in the corporate sector we were able to land a few small-scale office parties. It wasn't until we got the fundraiser project to ourselves that we got our first boost. If we could get this done properly our company's career could take a flight and we would soon be landing other big projects. 

The fundraiser was not just about the decor and other arrangements it was also about making sure that the people coming in for the donations were safe from any type of harm and this is what scared us the most because we didn't know how to make sure the event was properly monitored in terms of security. So one of our friends gave a suggestion of hiring a company that provided event security in San Francisco CA. His idea sounded good but we were concerned about how much that would cost and would the fundraiser funding allow us to spend a good amount of money on the event security? We weren't sure what to do so the next day we went and discussed this matter with the senior management of the company who was arranging this fundraiser. 

The manager said security was the topmost priority and therefore we can spend whatever amount we need to on the security of the event. He also gave us a number of a company which offered vehicle patrol in San Francisco CA. So we went on a search for different security agencies and ask for their rates and services. To our surprise, these security services weren't expensive at all. They also assured us that they will have trained guards standing indoors and outdoors for the protection of the guests. So we hired a company which was based near to the location of the fundraiser. Finally, when the day of the fundraiser came and the event started we were all very nervous about the arrangements overall but when we saw the security team doing their work and keeping the crowd organized it gave some peace to our heart that in case something goes wrong the security team will have our back. 

The manager came to praise us since he really liked all the arrangements and especially the champagne which was served generously to all the guests. Quite a lot of people asked the manager about the event management team behind the event. We were overwhelmed by the response of the people.
