Cleansing only removes the dirt and dust from your skin but the actual problem like clogged pores and dead skin cells which makes your skin looks dull can only be overcome if it is exfoliated once or twice per week. Using market products or natural ingredients from the kitchen can make your skin looks brighter and healthier and the continued process for years can keep your skin young and glowing even though you age.

The true effect only happens when you apply your effort from inside. What I mean is cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing, these things we are doing from outside over our skin. But your skin keeps glowing only when your inside is healthy. Make sure to eat healthy food, seasonal fruits, and vegetables. Hydrate yourself by drinking water. Exercise a little every day and get a goodnight’s sleep.
