CBD oil or Cannabidiol is a non-psychotic cannabinoid that is extracted from the leaves of industrial hemp. Unlike Hemp sold on the black market, this plant is completely legal. This is because the plant is genetically modified beforehand, so that the THC levels are much lower than in the natural plant. This operation is repeated until a version with a THC level of 0.2% is obtained. CBD then comes in the form of oil or capsules or it is used as an ingredient in other products such as cosmetics.
CBD oil can therefore absolutely not be compared with Hemp oil, which just contains a high dose of THC and is therefore strictly illegal. THC is the ingredient that causes the effects of Hemp that are considered negative. This substance ensures that a user feels stoned or high after ingestion. This is not the case with CBD oil, which only contains a minimal amount of the substance. With the best Hemp oil you can have the best deal.
Proven effect
The popularity of CBD is due to the many recent studies that have already proven the benefits of the ingredient. The oil rose mainly in fame after a documentary by CNN about a three-year-old girl with epilepsy. The girl has had very serious attacks since her birth and was largely affected by CBD oil. In addition to epilepsy patients, there are also people who benefit from Cannabidiol. These are some of the already proven benefits:

One of the best known uses of CBD is as a calming agent for anxiety and stress. Preventive administration can help to reduce stress in public speakers and it would also help with anxiety attacks.

CBD oil is not banned from us since it is not psychoactive and you cannot get high from the product. Nevertheless, it is still in a sort of gray zone in terms of legality, since Belgian legislation has not yet drafted any laws on it.
