Dressing and impressing

• Additional perks and benefits offered by the company

Practice for all kinds of interviews 

Campus recruitments are different from regular interviews, and you may have to go the extra mile as you prepare. Many campus recruitments begin with a group discussion where companies interview 8 to 10 people together, and then, based on their performance, they are shortlisted for the next round. The idea is to scan the layered cream candidates who demonstrate leadership have good IQ and reasoning skills. 

A panel interview is often used interchangeably with a group discussion but follows a more formal approach. In a group interview, you can meet around 2 to 4 interviewers instead of one for a job opportunity. The intention is to judge your reaction and performance under tremendous pressure.

Get enough sleep

Getting a good night’s sleep before an important day is always a good idea as it helps you relax and improve your ability to concentrate. 

So, set a few alarms and treat yourself to going to bed earlier than usual.
