How does the machine pack fabric roll in the proper sequence?

When there isn't an Auto Storage Conveyor available,

The PLC is in charge of controlling the whole process.

1)Fabric Roll Input: The Inlet conveyor transfers the fabric roll to the Main Packing Unit conveyor, which is then transported to the Main Packing Unit conveyor. The sensor at the entrance identifies the width and diameter of the fabric roll and prepares it for the subsequent width sealing and side sealing processes.

2)Width sealing: The fabric roll will be pushed to the width sealing working position. When the fabric roll is in the width sealing working position, the main packing unit conveyor will be empty, and the intake conveyor will transfer the following fabric roll to the main packaging unit conveyor.

Third, when the cloth roll has been shifted to the side sealing working position, the width sealing process is completed. The width sealing working position is now vacant, and the next fabric roll in the main packing unit conveyor will be pushed to the width sealing working position in order to complete the width sealing process.

4)Output of Fabric Rolls

When there is an Auto Storage Conveyor, it is a good thing.

1) The fabric roll is temporarily stored on the Auto Storage Conveyor till further notice.

If the intake conveyor closest to the Auto Storage Conveyor is empty, the Auto Storage Conveyor will shift and transfer the fabric roll to the inlet conveyor closest to the Auto Storage Conveyor, which is then empty.
