  • 1½ cups coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

  • Natural food colouring

How to Cook:

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.

  • Grease one 4-inch spring form pan with coconut oil. Fill with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the center is firm.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Mix together yogurt, honey and food colouring for the frosting. Frost cake and top with berries.
