Water allows easy passing off toxins from our bodies and stimulating our organs through a method of cleansing. Dehydration in the body can cause toxin buildup, headache and immunity failure making our bodies susceptible to infections. Poor hydration is also a cause for liver and kidney malfunction that can further lead to a compromised immune system, and chronic illnesses like kidney stones, ulcers etc.

To prevent dehydration, one must drink sufficient water and other fluids like juices, citrus juice etc. One should also avoid artificially sweetened drinks, aerated fizzy drinks as these may have an adverse effect on our health.
