So one important thing that I made was to WOTLK Gold bring Ray Gresko on as the chief development officer. Later, I bring on Allen Adham to the executive team, to increase the percentage of staff who create games and recently created games much higher. There's a refocus on our mainstays and what makes Blizzard's amazing games. It's sort of beginning of what we set out to do.

Over the course of the year, we've examined all the different projects we've been working on. We've examined various things we were doing that we felt we ought to do more of. We examined various activities of ours that we felt we could do better at. We've come to the release of WoW Classic, which has been a huge moment for us. And then we attended this year's World of Warcraft League for season two, and were getting ready to move into this year's end with BlizzCon. So , it's been a enjoyable ride here.

For those who don't have a clear vision of what Blizzard is trying to do in the present, what do suggest you think about the latest changes at the executive-level or layoffs? What nature of the direction that would like to go in?I believe that the primary thing that is true, was always true and will continue to be true for the foreseeable future is that we are driven by values and are a values-driven business, and we take most of our important strategic decisions through that lens.

Stepping back, I think whenever you have a founder that has been in the chair for more than 28 years, I believe that it's normal and reasonable to have some fears, uncertainties as well as doubt about how we're going to continue in the future.

What I believe is crucial to let people know is that the core values that built this place and built Blizzard remain those same principles. We continue to put gameplay first above all else. We remain focused on providing great player experiences and a high-quality community approach to everything that we do. This cannot be more essential in the near future.

What I think is important for people to know is the core values that helped build this community and that have built Blizzard are the same.

As a business, you would like to expand and you do that by accepting new ideas and looking at new possibilities. How do you do this while also preserving what people believe your brand's image is? An excellent example is World of Warcraft : Immortal. On paper , it's a great strategy to cheap WOW WOTLK Classic Gold take on mobile gaming. Gaming is popular in various countries, and you shouldn't be ignoring that [market]. It's logical for World of Warcraft to be the product that moves players into the space because it's a good match. However, at the same time it doesn't fit with the identity people associate with Blizzard to possess, and the brand that fans enjoy World of Warcraft as, which led to the reaction.
