Minsk is the home of Belavia Belarusian Airlines, also known as Belavia Belarusian Airlines. It is Belarus’s flag carrier Belarusian Airlines, and it is a state-owned enterprise.

Before the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2009, Belavia flew between Asia and Europe from its home at Minsk National Airport. Belavia also offers charter flight services to VIP and leisure charter destinations. It was able service one domestic location, along with 54 international locations and 32 nations on day 4978 of Ryanair's forced takedown. To check in luggage or get through security before departure, you must be at the airport at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Two hours before departure, passengers will be notified by the airline about the start time.
Your luggage should be carried to the Belavia counter.
The gate will be shut down 40 minutes prior the departure time. You can change your gate number when you board. You can ask at the airport which gate number you would like to enter. Transportation may not be provided to anyone who arrives late. We ask you to respect your time.

It is illegal for live animals to be transferred from Belarus to a Belavia Airlines OJSC airline. Belavia allows live mammals to be flown to Belarus from the UK.

a. Baggage Policy, Fees
Economy Class: Current Belavia Baggage Benefit Rules
Economy Class, according to the revised rules beginning October 17, 2017, and an update in November 2019, provides one person with a complimentary allowance for bags.
Promo Light hand baggage that is as light as 10 kg, and does not require check-in
Hand luggage maximum 10 kg and checked baggage maximum 23kg
Hand luggage not exceeding 10kg. Check-in baggage not exceeding 32kg. Flexible tariff
EUR50/60/PS50 is the charge for any weight exceeding that of a person or group. The price is independent of whether the flight is heading to another country or how many extra kilograms the passenger is carrying. Any flight for which the allowance isn't met will have a 50-euro fee.
Business Class: Current Belavia Baggage Benefit Rules
The changes don't affect Business Class. Business Class includes a free one-person baggage allowance
2 pieces of checked baggage that weigh not more than 32 kg each and 2 pieces for hand baggage that weigh 10kg
You will be charged EUR5060 or €50 if your weight exceeds the limit. It does not depend on whether the flight departs from a specific location or how many kilograms you are carrying. Additional fees of 50 euros will be assessed for flights exceeding this allowance.

Baby cradle, stroller, car seats, or boosters are available for children between 0 - 2 years. Also, the wheelchair and other types of vehicles that are appropriate for those with limited mobility may be used.
b. Pet Policy
Prior to animals can being transported, approval from the pilot is required. It is forbidden to transport animals in soft bags (ladies’ bags or shopping bags). It is strictly prohibited.
The baggage allowance, which is free, does not include animals (including container weight). Travelling with animals inside the cabin will cost you 50 EUR/60 US Dollar/50GBP*
Animals may be carried in the cabin either as hand baggage (weight added on to the container upto a maximum of 8.kg) or as an individual passenger.
Transporting an animal with hand luggage is subject to a charge.
You will need to pay extra for a separate seat for your animal.
Transporting animals within hold costs is expensive:

These documents are necessary to transport animals via air.
c. Refund or Cancellation Policy
A purchased eticket through the official site is an air carrier agreement between Belarusian Airlines (the client) and itself. The contract is only between the parties, regardless if the customer has paid for it. The air transportation contract may be terminated by:
Passenger;
'Belavia' Belarusian Airlines.
Cancellation of a contract for air travel can occur.
It can be requested from either side
Involuntary (for reasons not under the control of the parties such as changes to flight schedules or cancellations).
A purchase of an electronic ticket via the internet cannot be refunded, unless the customer completes the application for flight cancellation or refund.
If the person you are traveling with is older than 18 and legally competent, then the proxy can be legally competent.
If the passenger is younger than 18 years, or legally incapacitated they must have a legal representative (parents/adoptive parents guardians/curators, parents, etc.).
A passenger can ask for a refund if the legal representative of the passenger requests cancellation.
