No fee will be charged if a passenger wishes to cancel a flight reservation within 24 hours from the date of purchase of the flight.
Apart from the above, passengers have the right to cancel their flight reservation 10 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure as specified in the no-show policy.
If the passenger exceeds the 24-hour time limit, the fare can be used for future travel as a refundable ticket from the date of purchase of the ticket.
If the passenger requests cancellation of the ticket after 24 hours, a refund can be requested.
If the passenger discovers a sudden change and wants to make the change on the same day, there is no need to pay an additional fee.
Passengers can cancel the flight reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time of the flight without any deductions and any hidden fees.
Passengers should book refundable tickets because, after the risk-free period, non-refundable passengers can refund their tickets.
