The most sought-after area within Arabian Ranches for villa purchases is Al Reem. After that, there are the communities of Palmera, Saheel, Mirador, and Polo Homes.

Al Reem

Villas in the Al Reem neighborhood of Arabian Ranches are among the development's hottest real estate items. The freehold community features a lake, two pools, a tennis court, three parks, and a gym and is divided into three sections called Al Reem 1, 2, and 3.

Those who choose to establish their home in Al Reem, Dubai, will have access to a 24-hour security service, a parking garage, and a network of paths for running and cycling. The Cityland Mall, about ten to fifteen minutes away, is another convenient amenity for residents.

Polo Homes

Polo Homes are up next on our agenda. This family-friendly restaurant in Dubai's Arabian Ranches is conveniently close to the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club. Houses in Saheel are similar to villas in that they include large rooms, large yards, and a garage. From Saheel, locals may quickly reach both Umm Suqeim Street (D63) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311).

Saheel is in close proximity to a variety of cafes, spas, and hospitals. The neighborhood is just around a five to ten-minute drive from Arabian Ranches Village Mall.

Palmera

Buyers of villas in Arabian Ranches are also showing interest in Palmera, another residential enclave in the community. More than 500 villas and townhouses in a Spanish design with 1 to 3 bedrooms are spread over four neighborhoods here called Palmera 1,2,3 and 4.

Palmera is a pet-friendly community with amenities like jogging and walking paths, barbecue pits, swimming pools, playgrounds, a basketball court, and a variety of shops and eateries. The Arabian Ranches Golf Course in Dubai is conveniently located near the neighborhood.

Mirador

Mirador is another popular area to purchase a villa in Arabian Ranches, with Al Reem to the east and a golf course to the west. There are 4, 5, 6, and 7-bedroom Spanish-style homes available in this neighborhood.

Patios, balconies, terraces, lovely gardens, a car porch, and even private swimming pools are available in some of the villas in Mirador.
