Revenue generated approx. – ₹ 77 crore

Located about 36.2 km southwest of Agra, Fatehpur Sikri is a town in the Agra District of Uttar Pradesh. It was built during the reign of Mughal Emperor Akbar and the city itself was founded as the capital of the Mughal Empire in 1571 and was abandoned during 1685due to a campaign in Punjab. This historical legacy was built under the reign of Pallavan King Rajsimha/Narsimhawarman-IIduring the 8th century AD. #8. Ellora Caves

This historical monument lies under Sahyadri hills, located about 30 km away from Aurangabad city of Maharashtra. Rock caves of Elloraare the largest monolithic structure in the world. This monolithic structure is a collection of 100 cave temples of three different religions Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Out of these 100 cave temples, only 34 are open for public tours. This entire collection of cave temples collectively referred to as Ellora Caves which were built during 757 – 783 AD, under the reign of Rashtrakuta King Krishna-I. #10. Khajuraho Group of Monuments
Revenue generated approx. – ₹4 crore
Located in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. Khajuraho Group of temples were built during 950 – 1050AD under the chandelle dynasty. Khajuraho group of monuments is divided into three groups dedicated to two different religions both ‘Hinduism and Jainism’. This particular group is a very important specimen of Indian art.
