By submitting content, you grant WriteUpCafe a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
Host, store, and display your content on the platform
Distribute your content within WriteUpCafe features (feeds, search, recommendations)
Make technical copies required for performance, backups, and security
This license exists solely to operate and improve the Services and terminates when you delete your content, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate technical reasons (e.g., backups).
WriteUpCafe does not sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit your content.
4.3 Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You confirm that:
You own the content or have the necessary rights to publish it
Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
Your content complies with WriteUpCafe’s community guidelines
5. Moderation & Content Removal
WriteUpCafe reserves the right to moderate content to maintain platform integrity and safety.
If content is restricted or removed:
The reason will be communicated
The applicable guideline will be referenced
An appeal mechanism may be provided where appropriate
Moderation actions do not transfer ownership of your content to WriteUpCafe.
6. Intellectual Property of WriteUpCafe
All platform elements not created by users — including logos, trademarks, software, UI, and branding — are the property of WriteUpCafe or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer these materials without prior written permission.
7. Termination
You may stop using WriteUpCafe at any time.
