What You Own

Modify, unpublish, or permanently delete your content at any time. No restrictions.
Republish the same content on other platforms. We never claim exclusivity over your work.
Use your content for commercial purposes, paid newsletters, or books. It is yours to profit from.
How WriteUpCafe Uses Your Content
By publishing on WriteUpCafe, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the platform — including feeds, search results, and recommendations.
This license exists solely to operate the service and ends when you delete your content. We do not sell, license, or syndicate your writing to third parties.
Export & Portability
Your work is never locked in. Export your full archive at any time — articles, metadata, tags, and media — with no penalties or restrictions.
Moderation & Ownership
Ownership does not exempt content from moderation. If content violates our community guidelines, you will be notified with a clear reason, the relevant guideline, and an option to appeal. Content is never removed silently, and moderation actions do not transfer ownership to WriteUpCafe.
