In order to provide quicker innovation, adaptable resources, and scale economies, noisy computing is the transmission of computing services over the Internet ("the cloud"), including servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence. The majority of the time, you only pay for the cloud services you actually use, which helps you save operational expenses, manage your infrastructure more effectively, and grow as your company's requirements evolve.

The different layers in cloud computing are as follows:

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS): This is the lowest layer of cloud computing, and it provides users with access to fundamental computing resources, such as servers, storage, and networking. A specific kind of cloud computing service known as infrastructure as a service (IaaS) provides basic computation, storage, and networking resources on demand and on a pay-as-you-go basis..

Platform as a Service (PaaS): This layer provides users with access to a platform that allows them to develop, test, and deploy applications without having to manage the underlying infrastructure. Software as a platform (PaaS) is a full environment for cloud development and deployment that has the tools you need to produce everything from basic cloud-based apps to complex corporate systems. 

Software as a Service (SaaS): This is the highest layer of cloud computing, and it provides users with access to applications that they can use over the internet. Examples of SaaS applications include email, customer relationship management, and project management tools.

In summary, cloud computing allows users to access and use shared computing resources over the internet on demand. It consists of three layers, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, that provide users with access to different types of resources and services.
