Critical Injuries Improved Model
Abrasions – Abrasion is the most common injury that players get during fights but in alpha 19, they not cause any additional harm to the players.
Sprained or Broken Arm – Players can decrease swing speed, reload speed, and weapon handling with the help of improved sprained or a broken arm. A splint will lower the healing time for the cure of a broken arm. Power attacks can also increase the time needed to heal critical injuries.
Sprained or Broken Leg – Players can lower their mobility and jump height with the help of sprained or broken legs. It is available in the melee fight or when jumping from heights during missions. A splint can be used to cure the broken leg with a healing process. Jumping, falling, and sprinting increase the time needed to heal a sprained or broken leg.
Concussion – Players can lose their mental level and can be unconscious for a certain period of time. Taking more hits while being in a concussion state can cause more critical injuries to players. A concussion can be cured by painkillers.
Infections – Infection is a disease that the players sustain because of their critical injuries during the battles and is not something that enemies cause directly to players. Any critical hit from enemies has a chance to cause an infection.
In 7 days to die, an infection can be harmless and dangerous for players if it reaches a 5% level. It starts getting more and more worst and you need medication to heal the infection. Any further hit you will take will make it more badly for the player’s health and stamina.
