Moreover, the working principle involves the generation of frequency modulated radio waves for wireless communication. The crane remote control unit transmits coded signal to the receiver end where the receiver receives the signal and decodes the signal and the digital commands activates the  relay module which in turn operates the crane control circuit.

For communication of frequency modulated radio signals, the main components used are transmitter and receiver units.  The transmitter unit sends signals in a protected manner and the receiver unit receives the signal through its antenna.

The operator standing on the ground controls the transmitting command of the radio remote control using the push buttons. The receiver unit is connected to the crane control circuit of the crane. The receiver unit receives the command from the transmitter and activates the corresponding relays to operate the required function.

As the EOT crane remote control works, the Receiver unit checks various things, these include the number of data packets sent from the transmitter, the address code transmission, the lost data packets, the signal range, its quality, and the gap between the transmitter and the receiver.
