Instructions For Acupressure

Sit in a relaxed position and take deep breaths during the whole session.

On each Acupressure point, the clients fingers should be pressed firmly like in a massage and this should be done in circles for 1 or 2 minutes.

This Technique should be applied twice daily while at home.

3 Major Acupressure Immune Points

Neck: GB 20- The attachment point of the Neck muscles and the back of the skull.

At the ear lobes, find the point following it to the attachment of the neck muscles and to the skull. Take slow, deep breaths, apply deep pressure with the thumb and index finger in a circular motion. Massage for 1-2 minutes.

Hand: LI 4- At the back of the Hand

Touch the muscle between the thumb of your opposite hand.Take slow, deep breaths. For quick results, it is advisable to apply pressure with the thumb in a circular motion. Apply this technique at the other end.

Foot: LV 3-Foot, at the top, at the interval of the first and second toes in the lower region before the joint.

Touch between the first and second toes.Take slow, deep breaths and apply pressure in a circular motion.This technique should also be applied on the opposite side.
