5. Air Canada Check-in & Boarding Pass


You can check in up to 24 hours before your flight and then make your travel purchase.
Print your boarding passes at home, at the airport kiosks or send it to your mobile phone.
All bags checked at the airport kiosk should be tagged. Then, go to Baggage Drop Off.
Mobile
You can check in up to 24 hours prior to your flight and then you can purchase your travel options.
You can either receive your boarding passes via SMS or email to your mobile phone or you can print them at an airport kiosk.
Check your bags at the airport kiosk before you go to Baggage Drop Off.
Airport Self-Serve Kiosk
You can check in up to 12 hours prior to your flight and purchase your travel options after that.
Print the boarding slip and ask for it to be sent to your mobile.
All bags must be tagged and taken to Baggage Drop-off.

6.Air Canada Airlines Policy


a. Baggage Policy and Fees


Air Canada offers 1 piece of checked baggage on flights between the U.S. and Canada. Exclusions: Economy Basic Prices Checked baggage cannot exceed 62 inches (158 cm) in length and can only weigh 50 pounds (23kg).

b. Pet Policies


For 1-way travel within Canada, pet fees range from $105 to 120.75. International 1-way flights cost between $270-318.60. Air Canada may refuse to allow animals in the cabin if it is too cold.

c. Cancellation and Refund Policy


Your reservation must be cancelled at the time of purchase. Each partner has its own booking system, which we cannot access. They will assist you with the best equipment.

You may cancel your booking online if:
You made your initial booking via aircanada.com, or the Air Canada mobile app
Aeroplan has cancelled your Aeroplan flight reward ticket
You are cancelling the entire reservation
Cancellation must be made no later than 2 hours before departure
Refunds within 24 hours
We will refund your ticket value if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours. You can also end the transaction.
Cancellations received after 24 hours will be refunded according to the fare purchased.
