Due to the limited space and flight durations, Internet access and entertainment facilities are not possible onboard.

Food & Drink

Aero provides complimentary food and beverages to passengers in their lounges at airports. This includes alcohol-based beverages. The airline has partnerships with 1 alcohol purveyor and 2 restaurant/hospitality suppliers.

Aero offers services throughout North America, Europe, and six additional countries. Services to North America are available only to North American destinations.

Online Check in

Aero doesn't offer online check-in. Aero says so.

Check in at an airport

The airline states that passengers must be at the airport no later than 40 minutes prior to their flight. You may not be allowed entry to certain areas.

a.Baggage Policy: Fees

Carry-on Baggage

Only one piece is allowed per passenger. Your luggage must not exceed 20 lbs (9 kg) and be 13x13x10in (33.3x33x25cm).

Checked Baggage

One item can be checked into the cabin baggage. Additional luggage may also be available for $150, depending on how much space is available.

b. Pet Policy

Pets under 20lbs can be transported with a $300 additional pet travel fee. Larger animals may fly in accordance to their weight. They must be able to move around during the flight.

c. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations/modifications within 7 days of departure

Cancellations may be made without penalty. You can cancel with your original payment method or credit towards future trips.

Cancellations/changes less then 7 days before departure, but more than 48hrs prior to departure

You can cancel or modify your reservation without penalty. Cancellations can be charged to your Aero Wallet card for future bookings.

Cancellations and modifications less than 48 hours before departure

There is a $300 fee per seat for cancellations and modifications within 48 hours of departure. Aero Wallet will let you make future bookings using the balance.

Roundtrip bookings subject to cancellation-change policy. This policy is based on departure dates. Aero credits can be used to rebook the entire reservation and return flights, if cancellations do not reach them within four days.

Aero Wallet Credit is available up to 18 months after your flight has been cancelled or delayed. If the routing or date have been changed, it will still be available. This credit can be used for future flights.
