They naturally produce a protective thin oxide coating that keeps it from making further contact with the environment. Different types of surface treatment such as anodizing, painting, or lacquering can further improve its property. It is perfect for framing, store fixtures, displays, glass/mirror projects.

A 7075-t6 aluminum round bar has mechanical properties and discloses good high strength, toughness, ductility, and good resistance to fatigue.

Aluminum 6061 bar has good mechanical properties, exhibits good weldability and it is very commonly extruded. Aluminum 6061 Flat Bar thinner sections can be welded by using the gas tungsten arc welding technique and has excellent weldability.
