Application for Trademark Registration can be filed both offline and online. The form required for filing Trademark application is TM-A. The application is to be accompanied by prescribed fees along with supporting documents like TM-48, Invoice, user Affidavit etc. if required.
Trademark application can be filed by individuals, Proprietorship firm, partnership firm, LLP, company, societies. Fees for a trademark application is Rs. 4,500 for individuals/startups/ Small Enterprises or Rs. 9,000 for a Large Entity per mark per class.
