Mekhala Living is a Singaporean-Thai wellness brand dedicated to crafting wholesome, sustainable, and authentic Asian foods. Founded by Jang Bauerle, a wellness retreat owner in Chiang Mai, Mekhala was born out of a need for clean, natural products for her family and clients. Teaming up with Singaporean sisters Daphne Hedley and Diane Wong, they established Mekhala to offer organic, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free cooking pastes, sauces, and dressings made with the finest ingredients . The name "Mekhala," meaning "Goddess" in Thai, reflects their mission to empower home cooks to create delicious, healthy meals effortlessly. Their products are handcrafted in small batches in Chiang Mai, using organic ingredients sourced from local farms in northern Thailand.
