Hello! My experience with Brussels Airlines DEL Terminal was wonderful. The ground staff was highly cooperative and attended to my baggage problems professionally. The terminal is well-kept, with excellent signage and numerous shops and eateries. The check-in process was speedy, and the boarding process was also smooth. The airline staff coordinated things to operate smoothly on time. Although the gate area was somewhat congested, it was not too crowded. I appreciated the clean restrooms and efficient security. Overall, Brussels Airlines offers a solid start to your trip from DEL, combining efficiency with friendly service. I’d definitely fly with them again.
