Over the past few months, some of our customers have reported film feed problems which can cause the carriage to scratch a print or worse, damage the print head.
This is usually due to a buildup of static charge created by powdered particles gathering on the film in the feed table and at the front of the printer. Cleanup with an antistatic cleaner should prevent this from recurring.
