You can schedule a Geek Squad appointment in a few different ways:
Online: Visit the Geek Squad website and click on "Schedule an Appointment." From there, you'll be prompted to enter your zip code and select the type of service you need. You can then select a date and time that works for you and provide any additional details about your appointment.
Phone: You can call the Geek Squad customer service line and speak with a representative to schedule your appointment.
In-store: You can also schedule an appointment in person by visiting a Best Buy store and speaking with a Geek Squad agent.
Geek Squad appointment by using the Best Buy app:Download and install the Best Buy app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Log in to your Best Buy account, or create one if you don't already have one.
Tap on the "Account" tab at the bottom of the screen, and then select "Services" from the list of options.
Scroll down and select "Geek Squad Services."
Choose the type of service you need, and then select "Schedule an Appointment."
Enter your zip code and select the Best Buy store nearest to you.
Select a date and time that works for you, and provide any additional details about your appointment.
Review your appointment details, and then tap "Confirm Appointment."
